The Team

The Sales Team plays a very crucial part of the success of nyris. Our plan is to grow our sales by 1000% next year. Located in two offices, experienced colleagues & beginners, your team is ready and waiting for you! As the VP of Sales you would have a direct impact on the success of nyris.


How you'll contribute

Having recently grown our sales team we are now looking for you to lead this team strategically and operationally. We already have a great list of customers and want to take this to the next stage to scale our business through our key industries - retail, automotive, manufacturing - and taking the product internationally.

We are looking for you to:

  • lead, coach, develop & inspire a team of 5 (growing)
  • be the role model for Sales
  • own & develop the Sales Strategy continuously in line with company targets and objectives
  • go beyond of what’s being asked & create a real wow factor

What you bring?

  • you have already had experience in scaling up a start-up or
  • you have a proven track record of selling SaaS of at least 5-7 years in a well known company
  • you have strong technical and business acumen
  • you are a natural at closing deals and consistently deliver impressive results
  • you love to implement and improve sales processes and structures
  • you understand how to lead & nurture a diverse & international sales team
  • you have fun setting unreachable targets just because you love to challenge and inspire your team to outperform
  • you are fluent in German, have a good level of business English, further languages would be amazing
